Ingredients:

For the base:

200 grams of butter

Two packs of wheat biscuits

100 grams of granulated sugar

1-2 drops of vanilla flavoring

For the cream:

400 grams mild cream cheese

200 grams of sugar

400 gram krema

6 Pieces of Jelyap Leaf Gelatine

1 lime zest

For decoration:

Baked lemon slices dipped in sugar

Honey or marmalade

Preparation:

First, melt the cold butter. Then smash the biscuits nicely. Take the crashed biscuits, sugar, and vanilla flavoring in a bowl. Add the melted butter to it and stir it with the help of a mixer. When the mix is like sand, place it evenly in the cheesecake mold. Bake the cheesecake base in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the top is lightly browned. For cheesecake cream, first, whisk the cream in a bowl until it reaches a nice texture. Then, whisk the mild cream cheese, sugar, and lemon zest in a separate bowl and mix with the cream. Then add the Jelyap Leaf Gelatine soaked in cold water to this blend and stir it gently. Pour the mixture onto the cooled cheesecake base and let it rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Finally, garnish the top with candied lemon and serve.
