Lemon Mousse

Delicious Lemon Mousse with Jelyap

Recipes with Jelyap are just right!

Ingredients:

1 Sheet of Jelyap Leaf Gelatine

1 pack of cream

1 pack of mild cream cheese

½ pack of powdered sugar

1 pack of vanilla

2-grated lemon peel

A pinch of turmeric powder

Preparation:

Soak the gelatine in a bowl of cold water. Then put the other ingredients in a saucepan and stir them with the help of a whisk. When all the ingredients are well mixed and heated, remove the pot from the stove. Then squeeze out the excess water of the gelatine with your hands and mix it with the other ingredients. After mixing it well, divide it into bowls. If you wish, you can decorate with lemon peels.
